40-pin IDE 3.5" card drive with 1 front Compact Flash type II slot
Note: This
model can also be used on Akai MPC2000XL drum machines
or the like that has
an IDE expansion port. ( For MPC2000XL, please use OS 1.20 and up. Check
it out at http://www.akaipro.com/supportos.php)
Check your system. You may need a 44pin-to-40pin
converter.

This model can be used on other non-Windows-based systems, such as an Akai MPC2000XL, but it's NOT hot-swappable!

Note:
Model IIC/ R312XX00I50XBH03R reader is not
natively hot-swappable, and it works hot-swappable with software drivers
which is included. The drivers support Windows 98/2000/XP for its
hot-swapping. This reader can also support DOS 6.22 OS by executing
the following software @: http://www.apro-tw.com/Software/DOS
HOT SWAP.zip. This model can be used on other non-Windows-based systems,
such as an Akai MPC2000XL, but it's NOT hot-swappable!
