These SRAM cards may be used for your notebook PCs, Palmtops/PDAs,  precision agriculture devices as well as other industrial monitoring and data collecting devices such as Entek IRD Vibration Analyzer, Pfaff machine and AG yield monitors (w/o 2KB), Alesis music keyboards/synthesizers, etc.

PCMCIA Type I SRAM Cards                  

PSI supplies different brands and models of SRAM cards. Basically, they are all compatible. We have SRAM cards with and without 2KB attribute memory and we have cards with replaceable battery and rechargeable battery. Most, if not all, of the devices that use SRAM cards without attribute can also use cards with attribute.

PCMCIA SRAM Cards with Rechargeable Battery & Metal Housing:

 If you are not sure whether you need the SRAM cards with or without attribute, you should choose the ones with attribute which  are more compatible with most devices.

Smart/Centennial PCMCIA SRAM Cards with Rechargeable Battery:  
Compatible with Windows  95, 98, Me, 2000, XP & Vista.
The following SRAM cards are manufactured or supplied by Centennial/Smart. All cards have a 1 year warranty and work under Windows O/S. (To work under Win 2000 and XP, SRAM cards must have the 2KB attribute.) These cards don't come with the carrying jewel case.

Smart Modular has discontinued the SRAM products. Only the part marked with "in stock" are still available. So, you can either use the available cards of larger MB size or use the compatible PSI SRAM cards below.

PSI/C-1 PCMCIA SRAM Cards with Rechargeable Battery:  
Compatible with Windows  95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista & Win 7
To read/write these SRAM cards, please use the OmniDrive USB Pro reader or the U111-M external reader. Go to here for more info about these readers.

SRAM Cards with Replaceable Battery:
(with dual-battery design; one inner battery and one 3 V removable/replaceable battery; plastic housing. Dual 8-bit and 16-bit data transfer.)

PSI supplies (OEM) 5V SRAM cards which are  shipped with a free plastic carrying case. These cards have a 1 year warranty and are supported in a PCMCIA card slot under Windows 3.1, 95, 98, Me, 2000 & XP. However, in order to work under Win 2000, Vista and  XP, SRAM cards must have the 2KB attribute.

Only some old precision agriculture data loggers use SRAM cards without attribute. We normally only stock the cards with attribute. These cards have a 1 year warranty.

PCMCIA Linear Flash Memory Cards
