2.5" SLC and MLC SATA-II Solid State Drives by C-1 Technology

C-One SATA Solid State drive (SSD) is based on standard Serial ATA interface. It uses SLC or MLC NAND Flash and capacities are available up to 64GB (Pro Series) and 256GB (Elite Series). M2000 SATA SSD offers a good solution for use in notebooks or portable devices for a storage device with a high performance, high reliability and low power consumption.

Offering a server-class storage upgrade from traditional hard disc drives (HDD), M2000 comes with an external 64MB DDR2 drive cache, which will boost the drives performance and increase the SSD durability.
